In cases where a client needs temporary help now, but has the budget to hire a permanent employee down the line, we provide Contract-to-Perm services. In such cases the contractor who is assigned to the client has agreed that he/she would consider a permanent job with the client after a specified duration of contract work. The client may or may not be charged a small fee (depending on the contract terms) for converting the contractor to a permanent employee. The client has the opportunity to evaluate the contractor's technical and interpersonal skills before committing to a permanent hire.

As an added advantage, during the duration of the contract, the free IT training provided by Unitek to the contractor, is at no charge to the client. This unique 'training advantage' separates Unitek from other contracting companies. Also, during or after implementation, we can provide discounts to our client on training their employees on the specific technologies being implemented.
