I would highly recommend the Cisco Learning Network to anyone who is preparing to take the CCNP exams, though. It's really helpful and can help make the information you're trying to learn much easier to digest. There is an online community where you can get advice from other IT professionals, and a certification spotlight with plenty of information about the CCNP exams. There's a "technology spotlight" for instance, which covers all the latest technologies.
