The most important pre-requisite for the Cisco CCSP boot camp is the Cisco CCNA certification. You must be Cisco CCNA certified before you start the Cisco CCSP boot camp. If you are not Cisco CCNA certified, ask our salespeople about the Cisco CCNA + CCSP economy package.

The Cisco CCSP boot camp is designed for I.T. Professionals with a minimum of one and a half years of networking experience, supporting a TCP/IP network. While not required, if you have any of the following certifications, you most likely are ready to take the Cisco CCSP boot camp: MCSE 2000 or CNE.

CCSP Vouchers and CCSP Exams

U.S. Government Recognizes Cisco's CCSP Certification

6/15/06 - Cisco Systems announced Tuesday its Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) certification was certified by the U.S. National Security Agency and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) as meeting the 4013A training standard for system administrators in the federal department and agencies.
