In this course, students will learn to install, configure and manage Citrix XenDesktop 2.0 Enterprise Edition. By completing exercises in a lab environment, students will obtain hands-on experience working with Citrix XenDesktop.

Students will install and configure key desktop delivery components, including the Desktop Delivery Controller, Virtual Desktop Agent, Desktop Receiver and XenDesktop Setup Wizard. Students will also configure XenDesktop policy management settings and connect to a XenDesktop environment from a variety of endpoint devices.

Preparatory Recommendations

• An understanding of computing architecture, including network and storage devices, device drivers and operating systems
