This course covers information administrators and other IT professionals need to successfully deploy and manage XenServer Enterprise Edition 4.0 and the XenCenter Management Client. The course includes hands on labs where learners install and configure a virtualization server and then connect to the server with the XenCenter client. Students will then create a mix of Windows and Linux virtual machines. Next, students will create a XenServer resource pool and connect to remote storage. This allows students to explore advanced XenServer capabilities such as XenMotion and Automatic VM placement.
