The instruction was top notch. The instructor knew the material well. Your facility was extremely nice. The testing room is one of the largest I have ever seen. I didn't deal too much with my salesperson, but my Account Manager was nice when I met him and asked how I was doing in my testing and offered to help me in any way I might need.

The Student Prep material was excellent. Hilton hotel was excellent. Travel arrangements and hotel shuttle services was great.
