To be eligible to receive a Sony® PSP® (“Promotional Gift”), Participant must enroll in US-based training courses between December 1, 2008 and before January 16, 2008, provide valid payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Check only) and attend the training class between December 8, 2008 and before January 23, 2008 (“Promotional Period”). An valid Offer Code must be entered in the Offer Code section of the enrollment form at the time of registration in order to be eligible to receive the Promotional Gift. Seat availability is limited. All courses subject to cancellation. Certain courses do not qualify, see details below. Retail value of the gift is $170 USD.

No exchanges. The Promotional Gift will be provided to Participant within 6-10 weeks after close of Promotional Period. The Promotional Gift is subject to availability and while supplies last. No transfer or cash redemption of Promotional Gift is permitted except at the sole discretion of Red Hat, Inc., who may substitute a Promotional Gift of equal value if the advertised Promotional Gift becomes unavailable. Limit one Promotional Gift per participant. All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Offer good only for the scheduled courses as detailed herein. Cannot be used for classes in which one is currently enrolled, nor for concurrent class cancellation and rebooking. May not be combined with other discount programs, bundles or coupons. Course cannot be paid with training units. May not be used for an exam, eLearning or virtual training.  Participant is responsible for assessing his or her suitability for enrolling in the appropriate course.  

 

Open to U.S. and Canada residents only and at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited by law. Government employees are not eligible to receive the Promotional Gift. Government contractors whose course registration is paid for using government contract funding, whether through prime contract or subcontract, are not eligible to receive the Promotional Gift. As applicable, if your employer is paying or reimbursing part or all of your course registration you acknowledge that your employer is aware of and consents to your receipt of the Promotional Gift, and that your participation does not violate your organizations policies and regulations.
