You do this from Settings->Administration->System Settings. Go to the Customization tab and then to the Custom Menus and Toolbars section. Select the appropriate clients for your installation and then click OK. Restart CRM and you should see a lot of new buttons including our Quick Activity. Good Luck! Hi Louie,

I added the QuickActivity to Accounts, Contacts & Leads, still nothing. The only thing I can think of is possibly my location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\ISV\Unitek\QuickActivity.
