About Our Instructors
Instructor 1: MM:
Unitek’s staff CRM Consultant and Lead Instructor, MM divides his time between MS CRM consulting and training. He has worked for Unitek for over 4 years. A CRM-o-holic, he is fully immersed into the Microsoft CRM world. MM has the ideal background for CRM, having Business (entrepreneur), Sales and Tech support experience in his professional background. In his spare time, MM likes to write CRM workflows and reports and publish them on the web for general use. He also adds useful tips and tricks to his blog on Unitek’s CRM training portal.
Instructor 2: DG:
DG is Unitek’s CRM Practice Manager. He sells CRM training to enterprises that is delivered by MM and himself. DG is a data migration expert, and was the data migration specialist on Unitek’s internal migration from MS Goldmine to MS CRM 3.0. For migration, he used a combination of tools – Visual Studio.NET, The Microsoft Data Migration Framework (DMF), Scribe Soft’s Scribe Migration adapter, and Pervasive’s Data Junction product. Often referred to as ‘Unitek’s SQL Query God’, DG enjoys analyzing business processes, and converting them to data structures.
This talented duo are friends, and though they are both technically savvy, they enjoy training end users the most, because, after all, CRM is an end-user product. They look forward to work with you on your CRM training needs.
Instructor 3: RM:
RM is another one of Unitek’s friendly resident CRM consultants. She also enjoys teaching so students are sure to see her delivering Microsoft CRM training from time to time. She enjoys working in all areas of Microsoft CRM and has a pretty wide area of expertise. In her spare time, she works closely with Unitek’s sales and marketing management to harness Microsoft CRM into a business critical tool to increase revenue while lowering costs. Her unwavering focus on the customer and their needs makes her an invaluable asset to our customers. RM’s Microsoft CRM knowledge and expertise coupled with her 20 years of sales and marketing experience has tremendously benefited Unitek’s customers.
