Attend this accelerated Instructor-Led Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Desktop Support Boot Camp to earn the Professional certification for Microsoft Windows Vista. The MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Boot Camp is more than certification training, it will teach you a full range of skills on maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Vista, focusing on five main troubleshooting areas: Operating system, hardware, networking, security, and applications. This boot camp also teaches you how to use the Windows Vista operating system image and application package deployment infrastructure to minimize the downtime at the Windows Vista client. This boot camp includes a PRO level exam 70-622. This intensive 3-day event runs 12 hours each day and covers material from 2 Microsoft official courses. (5 days total content).



This boot camp event includes a test voucher, customized Microsoft Official Courseware, test prep material for the exam, and catered lunch and dinner on each day. An in house Pearson/Vue test center is available for your testing convenience.


Training begins at 8 AM on each day and ends at 8 PM.

They consider all variables, justify resolutions with a logical troubleshooting approach, and relate tradeoffs to business and technical requirements and constraints.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, students must hold the certification MCTS: Configuring Windows Vista, or have equivalent experience, including:

  • Familiarity with an I.T. helpdesk ticketing system
  • Experience researching online and local knowledge bases
  • Experience running commands from a command window
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and devices
  • Basic TCP/IP knowledge
  • Basic Windows and Active Directory knowledge
  • Fundamentals of client/server applications
  • Experience reviewing logs
