NT Backup command and NS Lookup command
Microsoft Management Console (MMC)
Active Directory Sites and Services, Active Directory Users and Computers

Working knowledge of Windows server operating system, including, storage configuration, basic backup and restore techniques, and client/server application interactions.
Working knowledge of network technologies like Transmission Control Protocol (TCP/IP) and Domain Name System (DNS)
Basic routing concepts: Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN), routers, switches and hubs, etc.

Conceptual understanding of e-mail technologies like Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) e-mail protocols, the differences between transport protocols and client access protocols (Post Office Protocol (POP), Internet Access Message Protocol (IMAP), and SMTP)
