Attend this MCTS Boot Camp to learn how to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close enterprise projects by using the Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 enterprise tool. This is both an application course, and a best-practices course; you'll learn to use Microsoft Project Server, and also learn the best practices defined by the Project Management institute (PMI). Learning both the application and the PMI best practices helps achieve better project outcomes, greater efficiency, and optimal resource management. As you learn, we'll also help you prepare for the Technology Specialist certification for the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Solution.

This 3-day MCTS Boot Camp runs 10 hours each day and covers material from Microsoft Official course 5928. This MCTS Boot Camp event includes customized courseware, MCTS test prep material for the MCTS exam, catered lunch each day, and a test voucher for Technology Specialist Exam 70-633. An in house Pearson/Vue test center is available for your testing convenience.
Microsoft MCTS Boot Camp Training begins at 8 AM on each day and ends at 6 PM.

Before attending this MCTS
course, students must have:
- Recommended attendance of MCTS: Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007 (course 5927)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Project to create project schedules
- Experience with the Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel 2003
- Familiarity with the key project management concepts and terminology found in the PMI PMBOK Guide -Third Edition
