The instructor was excellent. He presented numerous examples of the material to make sure students understood the concepts completely. His desire for each and every one of the students to grasp the material is commendable. The Test Taking facilities were comfortable so I could focus completely on the test, rather than the environment. I met with my account manager during class and he made sure everything was fine. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The web seminar helped in understanding more of the material presented in class. The Boot Administration Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The meals are great and exceeded my expectations. I'm glad it wasn't "cheap" cafeteria food.

I just first want to say thank you to you and your staff at the front desk that are always helpful and make the experience a great one. The instructor was great he made learning fun and would always lend a hand if you needed him to. He knew his stuff. This was my second trip to Unitek and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The hotel had very nice staff who were very helpful. The Cisco books were very good but the instructor had a teaching method that was better than books it's called hands on....Please make sure this gets to the staff of Instructors. They are just the best in the business and Eunitz and her staff are all just outstanding. No other tech school compares to Unitek. See you guys in a few months for CCNP.

Drew you have done an incredible job of teaching. I believe you can make a student coming from any technical background understand the concepts you are trying to teach. I came into the CCNA Boot Camp with an implementation background which is mostly hardware. After the class introduction I was nervous because there were guys in the class with so much more experience in networking than myself.
After your hilarious introduction to the subject, concepts, and the exam point of view, I had gained the confidence that I also could do it.
