 Registration
and Policies

You may register online by clicking
here. A representative from Unitek will soon call you to confirm,
so please have your payment ready. You can also register for a course
by simply calling one of our Education Consultants at 408-986-9307
(Santa Clara) or 510-249-1060 (Fremont).
Early registration is advised since classes are filled
on a "first come first served" basis. Classes are usually
limited to 15 students, with one student per workstation.
Your seat is guaranteed when full payment is received.
A seat may be temporarily reserved using a faxed copy of a registration
form; however, Unitek must receive full payment no later than ten
(10) days prior to the start date of the class to guarantee a place
in the class.

| Payment
|
|
Full payment must be received at least ten (10) business
days before the scheduled class begins. Students who have not paid
in full cannot be admitted to the classroom.
Payment for classes can be made by:
- Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express
- Check or Money Orders
- Company Purchase Order

|
| Confirmation
|
| Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation letter and
directions to the training site will be mailed to you. Payment must
be made in advance to ensure your reservation. If you do not receive
a confirmation, please call Unitek Network Education to confirm your
enrollment at 408-986-9307 or 510-249-1060.

| Cancellation
/ Substitutions
|
| You may cancel or reschedule a class ten (10) business
days in advance of the start date of the class at no charge. Cancellations
made within ten (10) business days of the starting date of the class
are subject to a 50% fee and / or a 25% fee for rescheduling. No refunds
will be granted for any student who fails to attend a course or cancels
a course on or after the first day of class. Courseware is nonrefundable
once opened or received. All course materials will be delivered at
the beginning of the class.

| Schedule
Change
|
| Course schedule and prices are subject to change without
notice. Unitek reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or postpone
any course should circumstances make it necessary. Advance notice
will be given in the unlikely event of a course being canceled and
full credit will be applied to the next regularly scheduled course
offering. Unitek is not responsible for travel or accommodation charges
in the event of any schedule change.

| Prerequisites
|
| Some courses have prerequisites to ensure each student
receives the maximum benefit of each class. All students are responsible
for checking to see that they meet the suggested course prerequisites
to ensure a uniform level of skills in a class. Unitek will be glad
to send any student a complete course overview.
